Antivirus Exemption Request – Office of Information Technology

To request that a specific computer be exempted from NC State’s Antivirus Software Requirements, please complete and submit the form below. Your request will be reviewed by the University’s Security Technology Working Group of the Security & Compliance Governance Subcommittee, and you will be notified of their decision at the email address that you provide.
