End User License Agreement

Trend Micro OfficeScan and Intego VirusBarrier antivirus software (herein refered to as "the software") are available for download to all students, faculty and staff for use on university and personally owned computers.

Before downloading, please understand the following. By downloading the software, you agree that:

• You understand that the software is only available for download to students, faculty and staff who are affiliated with North Carolina State University.
• You are a current NCSU student or employee.
• You will install Trend Micro OfficeScan or Intego VirusBarrier only on your university-owned or personal computer(s).
• You will not give the software download files or license files to anyone else nor install it on anyone else’s computer for them.
• If/when you leave the employ of NCSU or if/when you leave NCSU as a student, you will remove the software from all non-university computers on which you installed it.

By downloading the software, you verify that you understand and agree to the terms and conditions listed above that govern the Trend Micro OfficeScan and Intego VirusBarrier antivirus software license agreement and that you will not redistribute the software or license file.
