If you live in University Towers, a privately-owned residence hall, then you can subscribe to CampusLink, an independent 10BaseT Ethernet service that offers high-speed Internet access from your room. This service is provided through Paetec Communications. If you have difficulty using it or questions about it, try one or more of the contacts below. ResNet service is not available in University Towers.

Network support is available through a distributed support network of LAN administrators.  NC State faculty and staff should contact their LAN administrators to report local network problems or to connect a computer to the campus network. Students living in University Housing residence halls or on Greek Court should contact ResNet.
