Webmail is already set up. You can start using it immediately. Your e-mail messages stay on the Web until you delete them, so you can read them from any Internet connection. To learn more, see the Webmail Tutorial. - Protocol requirement
The e-mail program that you select for your campus e-mail must be able to use IMAP (Internet Message Access Protocol). This stores your messages on the IMAP server at the University until you delete them. - Quick e-mail setup (for experienced users)
