Accomplishments to date: This week the team reached its "Complete functional testing" milestone. Outstanding issues: A significant amount of defect reports have been generated. Additional staffing may be needed to address all reports to move into the next phase on time. Next steps: Address defect reports by developing bug fixes, incorporating usability improvement suggestions, and move into the system testing phase. |
