    Most of you likely find it as ironic as I do when friends and non-university colleagues make comments about how relaxed summertime must be on campus. As most of us recognize, just the opposite is frequently the case as our internal customers scramble to complete a multitude of projects while minimizing disruption to students.     Like for many others in OIT, beginning of school start up was a very busy time for OCC staff. We wrapped up the summer orientation schedule and Wolfpack Welcome Week activities as we launch into a fall that promises to be every bit as action-packed. Read more! 

  • Susan West Klein – Technology Support Services
    The rollout of the new OIT Managed Desktop Service has begun. This new desktop, based on Windows 7 and Active Directory, will replace the old Novell-based Administrative Managed Desktop, and it represents a great deal of effort and planning for all of OIT. Read more!
