IP is the Office of Information Technology online employee newsletter. It provides an opportunity to share good news related to respective staff members within the division departments. IP also serves as a forum for the OIT CIO and directors to communicate with the staff on items of common interest. Current Committee members are:

- Information Please News (located at the bottom of IP's home page) will be published as OIT staff news becomes available.
- Staff Notes, About Health, Did You Know? and Your Take will be published monthly.
- And, standing columns such as Straight Talk by Dr. Hoit, the employee Spotlight and unit highlights From the Directors will be published quarterly.
