IT Leadership Committee (ITLC)

Focus

The ITLC is the final arbiter in approving the IT direction for the university.

Scope

The ITLC considers all topics brought forward to it from the Vice Chancellor for Information Technology (VCIT).

Membership

The ITLC is comprised of the university’s Chief Financial Officer, Provost, the Vice Chancellor for Research, Innovation and Economic Development and the Vice Chancellor for Information Technology and Chief Information Officer.

Structure

With approval of the VCIT, any member of this committee may create a subcommittee. Any member of this committee may form a task force without approval.

Meeting Frequency

This will be determined by the committee at its first meeting.

This committee will adhere to the Administrative Procedures for IT Governance.
