Surveys

In general, the most accessible survey tools we have on campus are

• Qualtrics - a full-featured point-and-click survey creation and administration tool
• inFORM - a build-your-own HTML-based form
• MeToo! - a system of instantaneous anonymous feedback online, allowing participants to form their own responses and vote on others

Google Docs: Forms has numerous accessibility issues with it that will make it difficult for some users to accurately submit data and navigate the form in many cases.
