Admin Systems Availability Schedules

Support is available from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. except Saturday, Sunday and university holidays.

MyPack Portal (SIS, HR, FIN)
Production Hours: 

Available to customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week except during scheduled or emergency system maintenance. 

  • Student Information Systems (including Student Self Service)
    Reporting Hours:
    Available to customers from 7 a.m. until 11 p.m., 7 days a week except during scheduled or emergency system maintenance.
     
  • Human Resources Systems (including Employee Self Service)
    Reporting Hours:
    Available to customers from 6 a.m. until 11 p.m., 7 days a week except during scheduled or emergency system maintenance.
     
  • Financial Systems (including the MarketPlace)
    Reporting Hours:
    Available to customers from 7 a.m. until midnight, 7 days a week except during scheduled or emergency system maintenance. Note that Reports 11 and 12 (Detailed Payroll Expenditures and Detailed Payroll Encumbrances) of the Wolfpack Reporting System require the use of the HR Reporting System and are available from 7 a.m. until 11 p.m.

Reserved Maintenance Windows
These are necessary to:

  • apply various system changes
  • perform network, hardware, software, operating system, and database maintenance
  • perform hardware installation, replacement, service, and re-configurations

Monday and Wednesday: 9:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
Sunday: 1:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Please note that all applications and Web sites linked from the MyPack Portal will operate under their respective operation hours. System maintenance may impact availability of these systems.

Other Maintenance
Online Notify, Sysnews and/or MyPack Portal announcements will be used to inform users when maintenance needs to be conducted outside of the reserved maintenance windows.
