The following three services provide Information technology support for the administrative staff of NC State:

Client Services

Client Services provides support and consulting to administrative customers using the standard Administrative Desktop and to customers using WolfWise for electronic mail and calendaring. Use the Help Desk to request support and consulting from the Client Services team.

Solutions Center

Solutions Center provides support and consulting to customers using administrative information and applications, such as MyPack Portal, the Financial and Human Resources systems, and Housing systems, just to name a few. Use the Help Desk to request support and consulting from the Client Services team.

Distributed Support Services

Distributed Support Services provides access to technically experienced professional staff for troubleshooting, analysis and planning.  Often a staff position can be shared between two units, allowing them to maintain access to an NC State-based support professional in spite of limited funds.
