Submit your 2013 University Awards for Excellence nominations!

Nominate a co-worker or supervisor for the 2013 University Awards for Excellence. The deadline for Office of Information Technology nominations is 5 p.m. on Wednesday, March 6. Any permanent SPA or non-faculty EPA employee can be nominated. All campus employees (individuals or groups) may submit nominations. Nominees must be individuals, nominations of groups will not be accepted. Submit completed nomination form(s), and recommendation(s), to Harry Nicholos at hmn@ncsu.edu. Provide detailed examples of exceptional efforts and contributions (limited to two pages) as they relate to a specific selection criteria on the nomination form.

OIT will recognize all nominees during an Awards Reception from 1 – 3 p.m. on Monday, April 8 in the Grand Ballroom of Talley Student Center. The University Awards for Excellence Ceremony is scheduled for 2 p.m. on Wednesday, June 12 in the Hunt Library Auditorium, with a reception to follow in the Hunt Library Multipurpose Room. For more details, visit the OIT Awards for Excellence website.
