ComTech hosts on-campus call center solution

OIT ComTech’s Business Applications and Communications Services (BACS) is now hosting an on-campus call center product, Cisco Contact Center Express. BACS has recently transitioned call centers in the Cashier’s Office, Financial Aid, Undergraduate Admissions, Registration and Records, Network Operations Center, and the Campus Operators.
