Later this month, Google will stop populating the “Location” field in Calendar events with rooms and resources.
This change will allow you the space to include more details about the event location, such as a street address. Note: Adding location details is not required to create a Calendar event.
You can continue to find rooms and resources under the “Guests and Rooms” fields.
