OIT has developed a tool that generates one-time passcodes for Duo-protected services that do not support U2F security keys, including:
- Cisco AnyConnect VPN; and
- Adobe Creative Cloud desktop authentication to enterprise accounts.
To retrieve a Duo passcode:
- Log in to the Duo Security One-Time Passcode Tool at https://go.ncsu.edu/dc with your Unity ID and password.
- Select Generate New Passcode.
Passcodes will expire:
- 10 minutes after they are created,
- Used once, or
- When a new code is generated.
