On Sept. 22, OIT will make minor changes to the look and feel of the IT Service Portal to improve the user experience.
Based on user feedback, OIT will:
- Switch the position of “Get Help” and “Submit a Request,” so users can quickly access the help feature to get assistance for IT-related services.
- Integrate a “Featured Articles” section to highlight articles that are particularly timely or helpful for users. This section was deployed in the Knowledge Portal in July.
