Did you know that the Google Workspace Activity Dashboard allows you to view who has access to your document and the last time they viewed it?

You can access the Activity Dashboard for these insights and more for Google Docs, Sheets and Slides. To do so, from the right-hand corner of your document, select the upward trending arrow.

The Activity Dashboard also allows you to:

• Track unique viewers per day.  
• Track comments or replies posted in the document. 
• Access the sharing history of your document.
• Edit your privacy settings to restrict who can view your edit history in the document.
