The OIT Cybersecurity at NC State website has won the Multi-State Information Sharing & Analysis Center’s (MS-ISAC) award for the 2021 Best of the Web contest for cybersecurity awareness websites in the public education sector.

MS-ISAC annually recognizes websites that promote cybersecurity, judging them based on content, usability, accessibility, and appearance. Winners of the award represent examples of best practices for others to look toward when creating cybersecurity-related web content.

The Cybersecurity at NC State website was commended for providing useful information and resources for a variety of audiences including employees, students and the public; it was also recognized for being user-friendly and visually appealing.

The cybersecurity website also won the same award in 2020, making this the site’s second consecutive win.
