Download images from Google Docs

If you ever tried to download an image from a Google Docs file, you know it’s not an easy task. But one quick work-around is to download the image from a web page:

1. Open the Google Docs file containing the image that you want to download.
2. Select File and then Publish to the web.
3. In the Publish to the web box: 
   1. Select the Link option.
   2. Click the Publish button and then OK.
4. Copy the published link into a browser address bar to open the web page.
5. Right-click on the desired image and Save image as.
   
6. When you no longer need the web page:
   1. Open the Google Docs file.
   2. Select File then Publish to the web.
   3. In the Publish to the web box, select Stop publishing and then OK.
