From 5 p.m. to midnight on Thursday, March 16, the Office of Information Technology will upgrade the ServiceNow platform from Rome to Tokyo. The service will be available in a diminished capacity, but campus users are encouraged not to use it during this timeframe.
ServiceNow is used by IT, human resources, business offices and many other service delivery teams across campus to provide efficient and effective services for students, faculty and staff.
The Tokyo release includes a simplified interface for easy navigation, integrated workspaces to complete work tasks more efficiently and other features that help to streamline and automate routine activities.
If you have not already registered for the ServiceNow Tokyo training, you can sign up now via REPORTER.
For upgrade updates, view Service Status on the NC State IT Service Portal.
If you have questions regarding the Tokyo release, contact the NC State Help Desk via the NC State IT Service Portal or call 919.515.HELP (4357).
