OIT Communication Technologies has enabled the “Mark Call as Spam” feature on the university telephony system. This feature is only applicable to the Cisco model 8845 and 8851 series desk phones. 

Using this feature, you can mark phone calls as: 

• Potential Fraud. The call will be rejected and your desk phone will not ring.
• Telemarketer. Your desk phone will ring and show a “telemarketer” indicator on the display.
