When NC State students return to campus on Thursday, Aug. 17, the Office of Information Technology (OIT) will be available to provide technical support to make the move-in process easier.

The NC State Help Desk and the OIT Walk-in Center are open weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 pm. During move-in weekend, Saturday, Aug. 19 to Sunday, Aug. 20, both will offer extended hours from noon to 5 p.m. to assist students with account access, wireless setup and general computing concerns. 

Students who need help can:

• Contact the NC State Help Desk via the NC State IT Service Portal or call 919.515.HELP (4357).
• Visit the OIT Walk-In Center in Room 101 of the West Dunn Building at the corner of Dan Allen Drive and Thurman Drive.

The Help Desk and the Walk-in Center will resume normal operating hours on Monday, Aug. 21.
