The Office of Information Technology (OIT) will upgrade the ServiceNow platform to Vancouver on March 19 from 6 p.m. until midnight. The platform will be available during this time.

Last year’s upgrade from Rome to Tokyo introduced new features and modifications to existing modules, including changes to the primary user interface. Building on that success, this year’s upgrade will focus on essential updates required for the transition and the correction of a few known defects.

To ensure a successful upgrade, the OIT ServiceNow team will implement a freeze period from March 6-19. During this window, no updates or changes will be made to the platform.
