Need IT support during move-in weekend? OIT is here to help

Whether you’re brand new to NC State or returning with some Wolfpack know-how, the Office of Information Technology (OIT) can provide you with technical support as you start the semester.

The NC State Help Desk and the OIT Walk-in Center are open weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. During move-in weekend, Saturday, Aug. 17 to Sunday, Aug. 18, both will offer extended hours from noon to 5 p.m.

For assistance with account access, connecting to the network, computer troubleshooting and more:

• Contact the NC State Help Desk via the NC State IT Service Portal or call 919.515.HELP (4357).
• Visit the OIT Walk-in Center in Room 101 of the West Dunn Building at the corner of Dan Allen Drive and Thurman Drive.

The Help Desk and the Walk-in Center will resume normal operating hours on Monday, Aug. 19.
