Get IT Support Ahead of Winter Break

Winter Break is near — plan ahead to get IT support. The OIT Walk-in Center and NC State Help Desk will close for Winter Break. 

Here are the upcoming operating hours for the OIT Walk-in Center and NC State Help Desk: 

• Monday, Dec. 23 to Wednesday, Jan. 1: Closed
• Thursday, Jan. 2: Resume normal hours

Any computers that have been dropped off at the OIT Walk-in Center for service will be unavailable for pickup outside of these operating hours. The OIT Walk-in Center is located in Room 101 of the West Dunn Building.
