The Office of Information Technology will upgrade the ServiceNow platform to Zurich on March 17. A change freeze will be in place from March 3-17 with no expected impact to end users. All existing services and functionalities will continue to operate as usual.

This upgrade introduces several improvements designed to enhance usability, strengthen platform stability and support more efficient service management workflows. A powerful new tool is available called Knowledge Center. It acts as a workspace for knowledge managers and creators to streamline the process of creating, evaluating, updating or retiring knowledge articles.
