NC State is upgrading the way university-owned Apple devices are managed and supported. To ensure a more robust and secure experience, all university-managed macOS, iPadOS and iOS devices are migrating to a new Jamf Pro management system.

What To Know

Users with university-managed Apple hardware will be prompted to enroll their devices in the new system over the next several months. 

• Time Commitment: The process takes approximately 10 minutes.
• Requirements: The device must remain connected to the internet throughout the enrollment.
• Gradual Deployment: Each device’s site admin will facilitate the migration with a designated start date and deadline.
