It’s almost Winter Break and time to enjoy the reprieve of a meeting-free calendar.

Winter Break runs from Friday, Dec. 22 through Monday, Jan. 1. The OIT Walk-in Center and NC State Help Desk will be closed during this time.

If you need IT support, plan ahead to get assistance. Here are the upcoming operating hours for the OIT Walk-in Center and NC State Help Desk: 

• Thursday, Dec. 21: 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
• Friday, Dec. 22 to Monday, Jan. 1: Closed
• Tuesday, Jan. 2: Resume normal hours

Any computers that have been dropped off at the OIT Walk-in Center for service will be unavailable for pickup outside of these operating hours. The OIT Walk-in Center is located in Room 101 of the West Dunn Building.
