Historical Rates
The rates listed below are a historical record of OIT VM hosting service. The rates are based on annual allocations of CPU and memory covering a fiscal year from July to June. OIT Platform Compute Services team annually reviews the operating cost of the VM hosting service. Note storage rates are not included below, please see storage rates for historical prices.
Notes: Starting FY19-20 NCSU joined the VMware Cloud Provider Program. The VMware license is based on VM memory which is included in the rates below for Fiscal Years 2019-2023. Small.1 was subsidized FY2122 through FY1920 to match the FY 18-19 costs.
