DESCRIPTION:Do you have a research or class project taking up too many resources on your laptop or getting interrupted halfway through a long-running task? Have you lost time and effort trying to get the same software installed on everyone’s computer? Are you interested in remote or virtual computing but not sure if you’re ready for high-performance computing or a command-line interface? \nThe Research Facilitation Service will host a spring Research Computing Lunch and Learn on May 28. The Office of Information Technology (OIT) will discuss virtualized computing and how the Virtual Computing Lab (VCL) can support computing workflows. \nRegister for the lunch and learn.
