Student Information Systems Steering Team
The Student Information Systems (SIS) Steering Team is responsible for reviewing business and technology changes that impact the enterprise SIS, assessing the impacts, and providing guidance or recommendations regarding the changes. In addition, the team is responsible for overseeing the selection and implementation of new systems/components/modules, as well as reviewing all change requests for the SIS, evaluating the cost/benefit of the requests, the campus and system impacts (with input from the technical staff) and alternative solutions, and determining relative priority.
All SIS changes must be evaluated and approved by the designated SIS data steward. Please contact a member of the SIS Steering Team for instructions on how to request a change or enhancement to the SIS at NC State.
