NC State Help Desk
Serves as the NC State campus gateway for IT help for students (campus and distance education), faculty and staff. To contact:

Provides technology and media services support for students:

Provides up-to-the-minute information about technology systems at NC State, including system outages, alerts, and service changes.

Provides technical support and services for administrative staff.

Systems Availability
Includes production hours and scheduled maintenance times for OIT-supported administrative applications, such as the MyPack Portal, Student Information, HR and Financial systems.

Change Management Schedule
Shows OIT calendar of planned maintenance dates and changes to the central IT environment.
