IT Quick Hall to feature guest speaker Reberg-Horton on Oct. 4

Hear from Chris Reberg-Horton, professor of cropping systems in the NC State Department of Crop and Soil Sciences, at next month’s IT Quick Hall on Wednesday, Oct. 4 from 12:30-1 p.m.

Marc Hoit, NC State’s chief information officer, leads these monthly sessions to provide the university’s IT community with a brief update on campus news. Reberg-Horton will join the conversation to share how a team representing OIT, the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences IT, North Carolina’s research station network and the NC Plant Sciences Initiative is exploring ways to standardize the processing and accessibility of drone data in agriculture.
