Redesigned OIT Website Coming Soon

Expect a new look for the Office of Information Technology (OIT) website in November. The website is being redesigned to improve IT resource-finding and user experience. Changes to the website will include:

• Streamlined integration with the IT Service Portal: This redesign will consolidate most content into the NC State IT Service Portal, where users can learn about and request OIT services, find answers to IT-related questions and contact the NC State Help Desk for support.
• Audience-focused navigation: The new website will focus on common student, faculty and staff IT needs, making it easier to find relevant information.
• University brand alignment: To better align with websites across campus, the redesigned OIT website will use the NC State Theme, the standard developed by University Communications.
