The Communication Technologies team within the Office of Information Technology (OIT) now offers voicemail transcription through the Cisco SpeechView service. This feature automatically converts voice messages into text, allowing users to conveniently read their voicemails.

Each transcribed message is delivered directly to the user’s NC State Gmail account, along with the original .WAV audio file for reference. This service enhances accessibility and makes it easier to review messages.
