HR Systems Steering Team
The HR Systems Steering Team is responsible for reviewing business and technology changes that impact the enterprise HR Systems, assessing the impacts, and providing guidance or recommendations regarding the changes. In addition, the team is responsible for overseeing the selection and implementation of new systems/components/modules, as well as reviewing all change requests for the HR Systems, evaluating the cost/benefit of the requests, the campus and system impacts (with input from the technical staff) and alternative solutions, and determining relative priority.
