Enterprise Application Services
Enterprise Application Services (EAS) is responsible for the design, development, implementation, operation and enhancement of NC State’s enterprise administrative applications, including Access Management, Business Intelligence and Analytics, Document Management, eCommerce, Financial, Human Resources (HR), Non-credit, Research Administration, Service Management and Student Information systems. Services for supported systems include business process analysis and solution design, system evaluation, application development and implementation, system upgrades, database administration and change management.
EAS works closely with various central offices, college/division business and IT offices, and campus organizations such as the university business officers and HR leads and takes direction from the enterprise systems steering teams and the Enterprise Application Committee in support of these systems.

ERP Configuration Management and Oracle Database Administration

- Provide codeline and application configuration management services for the Financial, HR and Student Information systems and MyPack Portal.
- Provide database administration services for enterprise applications and platforms such as the Financial, HR, and Student Information systems, MyPack Portal, OnBase, Oracle Identity Management and the Enterprise Data Warehouse platform, as well as other non-OIT Oracle databases.
