LAN Administrator Directory

  • ComTech maintains LAN Administrator information in the LAN Admin tool, which provides a centralized directory of local IT support personnel across campus.
  • Faculty and staff should contact their assigned LAN Administrator for assistance with local network issues or to connect a device to the campus network. Students living in University Housing residence halls or on Greek Court should contact ResNet.
  • LAN Administrator information is maintained directly by the individuals and teams who support campus resources.
  • To view or search for a LAN Administrator, access the LAN Admin tool.
    • Note: If you are working off campus, you must be connected to the VPN to access the tool.
  • To update your information or manage building assignments, log in to the tool using your Unity ID.
  • The directory can be searched and filtered by building, name or group, making it easier to locate the appropriate contact.
