Enterprise Application Services

Enterprise Application Services (EAS) is responsible for the design, development, implementation, operation and enhancement of NC State’s enterprise administrative applications, including Business Intelligence and Analytics, Document Management, eCommerce, Financial, Human Resources (HR) and Student Information. Services for supported systems include business process analysis and solution design, system evaluation, application development and upgrades, database administration and change management.

EAS works closely with various central offices and campus organizations such as the university business officers and HR leads and takes direction from the enterprise systems steering teams and the Enterprise Application Committee in support of these systems.
