OIRP – Visual Analytic Reporting

The Office of Institutional Research and Planning (OIRP) contributes to the University strategic mission by providing consistent and reliable data to inform and support effective decision-making across all campus constituencies and levels of governance. OIRP collaborates with the campus community to identify information needs, collect and manage data, provide analysis, and disseminate clear and accurate findings that encourage the transformation of knowledge into meaningful action.  OIRP serves the diverse information needs and reporting demands of the campus and external entities in a timely, unbiased, and responsible manner.

 A daily updated multi-section report that comprehensively addresses current and upcoming graduate enrollment trends in the context of previous multi-year performance. Visual and cross-tabular focused versions of this report are available. An annually updated report that allows campus constituents to analyze 10-year graduate admissions (application received) trends across a variety of attributes, including degree classification, bio demographics, GPA, GRE, and previous institutions.  An annually updated report that allows campus constituents to analyze 10-year graduate enrollment trends (headcounts) across a variety of attributes, including degree classification, bio demographics, residency, campus location and student type.
