Communication Technologies (ComTech) is scheduling training for the newest version of MySoft, software used to request campus phone services. The new version is scheduled to be released to campus late February.
MySoft training sessions will include demonstrations of the new intuitive visual shopping cart interface and several modules including the Work Order Summary, Voice Mail Request, OUC/SpeedChart Change, and Reports.
Training sessions will be held from 10 a.m. to noon and from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 1, Tuesday, Feb. 2 and Wednesday, Feb. 3 in Room 106 of the Avent Ferry Technology Center (2114 Avent Ferry Rd). Additional training opportunities will follow. “C” parking is available on the west and south sides of the Avent Ferry Technology Center. Parking is somewhat limited, so please car pool if possible.
