Campus receives more erroneous Postini notifications 

This morning, many faculty and staff received again an erroneous email notifying them that their Postini archiving had been turned off. The first email was sent Tuesday, Dec. 18. Both emails were sent in error due to data feed issues.

OIT is working to correct the issue at this time. Customers will again receive a follow-up message this morning that will note the error and that will state that no action is necessary on their part.

Postini archiving was not turned off at no time during this issue. OIT apologizes for any confusion this issue may be causing this morning and is working to prevent this from occurring again. For additional information, see SysNews.
