OIT will perform significant maintenance affecting multiple core components spanned across its data centers on Sunday, Oct. 6 from 1 a.m. to 1 p.m. OIT services with dependencies on spanned networks between the data centers may be degraded and/or unavailable for extended periods during the maintenance window. These include but are not limited to:
- MyPack Portal
- Human Resources, Financial and Student systems
- Services utilizing spanned networks in the data centers
- Services utilizing NAS resources in Data Center 2
- Remedy Services
