April IT maintenance to impact HR System

Due to system maintenance, the Human Resources (HR) System will be unavailable in April from:

  • 7:30 a.m. Saturday, April 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday, April 3
    OIT will perform extended maintenance affecting multiple core components of the campus primary data centers, including the HR System.
  • 5 p.m. Friday, April 8 to 8 a.m. Tuesday, April 12
    OIT will apply a major upgrade to the HR System. Both the HR System and Employee Self Service will be unavailable.
Please note: University employees will not be able to retrieve tax documents (e.g., W-2s) from Employee Self Service in the MyPack Portal. It is highly recommended that you log in to the MyPack Portal to download your W-2 in advance of these system outages, if you plan to use it for tax filing preparation.
