Service Alert: WolfTV is experiencing intermittent problems with all HBO and Showtime channels. Contractual encryption rules require the University to use set top boxes to receive these channels and these set top boxes are timing out, resulting in loss of signal and the Spectrum logo appearing on the screen. WolfTV is working on a solution to the issue and hopes to have it resolved by no later than the end of the month.
