This is a Software Assurance benefit of the Microsoft Office site license,

The E-Learning is geared for both information workers and IT professionals. If a Faculty/Staff member is interested in taking E-Learning courses, they can request access by sending an email to Software Licensing with “E-Learning Request” in the subject line.
