OIT’s Brown Bag Lunch and Learn series presents “How to use Business Objects to Run Remedy Reports” from 12:15 p.m. to 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 9, in 216 Scott Hall.

Bala Arunagirinathan of OIT Technology Support Services will talk about how to access the Business Objects portal to run Remedy metrics reports for specific workgroups. These reports include: comparisons between multiple workgroups, single workgroup generation, and flat file generation. Various metrics include: call distributions by month, by staff member by resolution time, by priority and by product type. You will also learn how to automate, export and drill down into the reports for your specific workgroups.
