On Saturday, Feb. 3 through Sunday, Feb. 4, OIT will perform extensive system maintenance, such as data center improvements that require the shutdown and movement of equipment, hardware replacement and infrastructure configuration.

This extended maintenance window will run from 6 a.m. Saturday to 6 p.m. Sunday and may impact major IT systems, including but not limited to the Human Resources System, the Financial System, the Student Information System, Self Service Password Management, and OnBase Document Management applications.

More information will be forthcoming in the January edition of OIT News and posted on SysNews.

Future extended maintenance windows that can possibly impact IT services are scheduled on:

• Saturday, April 14 through Sunday, April 15, 2018
• Saturday, Sept. 22 through Sunday, Sept. 23, 2018
• Saturday, Nov. 10 through Sunday, Nov. 11, 2018
