From 6 a.m. Saturday, May 19 to 6 p.m. Sunday, May 20, the Office of Information Technology will perform quarterly extended maintenance that will require the shutdown and movement of equipment, hardware replacement and infrastructure configuration.
This extended maintenance window may impact major IT systems, including but not limited to the MyPack Portal, the Human Resources System, the Financial System, the Student Information System, Self Service Password Management, WolfTime (including Kaba web-based timekeeping), and OnBase Document Management applications.

Future extended maintenance windows that can possibly impact IT services are scheduled on:
- Saturday, Sept. 22 through Sunday, Sept. 23, 2018
- Saturday, Nov. 10 through Sunday, Nov. 11, 2018
