New personal call transfer rules enabled in campus telephone system

Are you bugged by unknown callers? Do you want to be alerted when a particular person is calling you?

Communication Technologies has enabled new personal call transfer rules that allow you to better manage your incoming calls.

You can set up these new rules to transfer incoming calls to your voicemail or phone number, based on a particular number, group of contact numbers, and even time of day or day of week.

You can also set rules to screen a call, learning the caller’s name and call details before you accept the call.

To set up personal call transfer rules, log in to the Cisco Personal Communications Assistant web portal with your Unity ID and password. Once you define rule sets, you can enable them via the web portal or by phone.
